Prophetic References about Timing of Predicted Cataclysm 

There is remarkable prophetic agreement about the timing of the predicted cataclysm at the end of the present era. 

1. Edgar Cayce, during the 1920's to 1930's specified the year 1998 very clearly as the end of the present era. 
2. Barry Smith, a New Zealand evangelist, deduces 1998 as a time limit, based on Biblical prophecies, the foundation of modern Israel in 1948, and a period of one jubilee (fifty years) to cover one generation from this foundation. 
3. Nostradamus gives a number of prophecies specifying planetary positions. Quatrain 3-05 refers to a distant conjunction of two great luminaries (not named so presumably not Jupiter and Saturn) which shall happen between April and March ie it takes at least eleven months) The present Uranus Neptune conjunction (a logical conjunction for long term time keeping), began in April 1988 and finishes in March 1998. There are others of his prophecies that point to this same time slot. that also emphasise the astrological Capricorn. eg quatrain 4-33 
4. 4-33

   Jupiter being more joined to Venus than to the moon
   Appearing in full whiteness
   Venus being hid under the whiteness of Neptune
   Stricken by Mars through the main branch. 

   On 12/1/1994 Australian time, we had the following planetary configuration: 

   Sun = Moon = 22 degrees Capricorn. Mercury = 27 degrees Capricorn, Venus = 20 degrees Capricorn, Mars = 18 degrees Capricorn, Uranus = 22 degrees Capricorn, Neptune = 21 degrees Capricorn, Saturn = 28 degrees Aquarius, Jupiter = 11 degrees Scorpio, Pluto = 27 degrees Scorpio. It can be seen that Jupiter is closer to Venus than to the moon and appears ahead of the sun in its full brightness. Venus is conjunct both Neptune and Mars. This is very like one of those critical disastrous conjunctions referred to by Berusus in the years before Christ. 

5. In one of my booklets ¹⁷ I indicated that the conjunction of a solar eclipse with Uranus, Neptune and Dragons Head all in the astrological sign of Capricorn on 5/1 /1 992 had heralded the advent of the new age of Aquarius and a new great year of the precession of the equinoxes. Taking this date as a starting point, we can look at Nostradamus 4-30: 

   The Moon will not have the Sun above eleven times,
   Then both shall be increased and lessened in degree,
   And put so low, that a little gold shall be sewed up,
   So that hunger and plague, the secret shall be discovered. 

   Put into simpler terms we can say: " After eleven solar eclipses (from the one signalling the beginning of the age of Aquarius) then the religions of the sun (evolved Christianity) and of the moon ( evolved Islam) shall both be shown up for the man made traditions that they have become. The true secret of the past ages of destruction shall finally be understood. This timing suggests the solar eclipse of 9/3/1997 as being at a critical time and it occurs within days of Hale Bopp passing directly above the Sun.  

6. A modern day seer who receives seemingly prophetic verse in the style of Nostradamus, and is drawn to the symbol of a dove has indicated 1998 in more than one instance. eg

Turn forward now to '98
And you will see a different plate;
The thrones of those who ruled before
Are vanished and appear no more.
The throngs of people saved from smoke
March forward with one joyous throat
To sing their praise to God on High
For answering their anguished cry.
