THE WHEEL OF TIME
Aeons ago - for one full turn
did revolve
The star - spangled Wheel of Time
After God's dread warning was given to mankind,
That done in the direst rhyme.
God's stern warning was ignored;
And full seven times more did spin the Wheel
Before the appointed time
For God's chosen Messiah, to come again to heal.
Eight times in all, the august
Wheel of Fate,
Has now so very ponderously turned
Since by wilful, rebellious mankind,
A dreadful fate was so very rightly earned.
Eight full times in succession,
The majestic and so very potent Engine of Time
Has severely punished our reckless species,
For its so very treacherous crime.
For once, naive trusting
humanity,
Their allegiance did give to the glib Father of Lies,
Yea; they turned from God's chosen son
To deceitful Belial, the Lord of the Flies.
Envy and greed led to this error most dire,
And earned them the mind of a beast,
Fated them thenceforth to toil,
To wail and to die at the whims of their least.
Their crime against God?
His chosen Royal Family was rejected and decimated!
The dreadful punishment decreed by God,
For a revolution to calculated,
Was to declare Belial the Prince of this Earth,
Till seven full "times" did end,
And to Belial, only a remnant of humans
Have since refused their knee to bend.
Eight aeons have passed since
that fateful betrayal,
Each aeon itself a Great Year
Twenty six millennia to an Aeon,
So very long a time, so very many a bitter tear.
So now you must know that twenty six and eight
Are the numbers of God's name,
The mystique of the letters Yod He Vau He -
Symbols of He who judges blame.
The stars finally complete their courses,
The specified eight "aeons" are spun,
"Is fickle, faithless mankind now finally ready,
To follow God's chosen son?"
Will war-weary chastened humans
Turn once more to Amen, their true Lord,
Or will they once again hail Belial as their ruler,
And soon die by the Sword?
For the way of Amen once led us
to great adventure,
Among the far-flung stars,
But Belial has led us into murder, usury,
And unending fell slavery, prison bars!
Has any of recalcitrant suffering mankind,
Finally become humble and learned?
Has any of youthful, wilful and exuberant humanity,
A glorious future earned?

It is perhaps fitting to conclude this eighth appendix with the eighty second psalm, which is well worth contemplating in the light of the assessment made in this report.
God takes his stand in the court
of heaven,
to deliver judgement among the gods themselves.
How long will you judge unjustly
and show favour to the wicked?
You ought to give judgement to the weak and the orphan,
and see right done to the destitute and downtrodden,
you ought to rescue the weak and the poor,
and save them from the clutches of wicked men.
But you know nothing, you understand nothing,
you walk in the dark
while earth's foundations are giving way.
This is my sentence :'Gods you
may be,
sons all of you of a high god,
yet you shall die as men die,
princes fall, every one of them, and so shall you.'
Arise. O God, and judge the
earth;
for thou dost pass all nations through thy sieve.
